Ready for the ultimate Northern Lights experience? Our Aurora Guarantee is designed for true dreamers and explorers. You’ll be guided by a professional aurora guide and photographer who is dedicated to finding the best possible conditions. We don’t just stay in one place — we head wherever the Northern Lights are most likely to appear. Here’s our promise: if the Northern Lights are not captured on your first tour, you can join again free of charge, subject to availability, for up to three attempts in total. If the Aurora is still not captured after three attempts and you choose not to continue, you’ll receive a full refund. If you stop before completing three attempts, a 50% refund applies. Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable. All sales are final.

  • Activity is not private and may be carried out in small groups.
  • Activity may be cancelled or postponed if group size is less than 2 adults.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a fully paying adult.
  • Sightings of the Northern Lights are not guaranteed as they depend on weather conditions and solar activity that are beyond our control.
  • Departure times may vary depending on the month. You will be notified by email a few days in advance.
