Complimentary Shuttle Service
During your stay, in addition to the complimentary airport transfers, you can enjoy unlimited shuttle rides to the city centre and Santa Claus Village. The schedule varies throughout the year — please refer to the timetable below. Shuttles can be booked online up to 48 hours before your chosen departure time, or directly at Reception. Please have your reservation number ready when booking.

Check-in and check-out
Reception is open 24 hours a day during the snow season from 1 December to 31 March. Outside this period the opening hours are 8.00-22.00.
Check-in starts at 16.00 and check-out ends at 11.00. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to room availability and an extra charge and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 60 days before arrival without any cancellation fee.
Late cancellation: Cancellations made 59 days or less before arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
We recommend all guests review their booking details carefully. In case of any questions or special circumstances, please contact us.
Airport Transfers
We offer complimentary airport transfers to and from our hotel at fixed times each day for both arrivals and departures. The schedule varies throughout the year — please refer to the timetable published on our website.
You can book your transfers online up to 48 hours before arrival, though we recommend reserving as early as possible. For convenience, we suggest booking your departure transfer at the same time. Please have your reservation number ready when booking.
Unfortunately, we do not provide transfers from the train station or bus terminal. The nearest pick-up point is in the city centre (CC) at Maakuntakatu 29–31 (see timetable below), about a 15-minute walk from the train station. If you are arriving by train or bus, please book your transfer from this location.
If our scheduled departure times don’t match your itinerary, you may request a special shuttle by emailing info@aitoresort.com. Please include your arrival and departure times, your flight details, and any special transport requirements.
Shuttle Service
During your stay, in addition to complimentary airport transfers, you can enjoy free shuttle rides to the city centre and Santa Claus Village. The schedule varies throughout the year — please refer to the updated timetable to plan your trips. Shuttles can be booked online up to 48 hours before your chosen departure time, or directly at Reception. Please have your reservation number ready when booking. If our scheduled departure times don’t fit your plans, you can arrange a private ride at Reception and pay the applicable fee.
Gift Cards
Share the magic of Aito Resort with someone special! Gift cards can be purchased at Reception and are valid for 18 months from the date of issue. They are available in €500 and €1,000 and can be redeemed for accommodation and spa services. Gift cards are not available online, but you can contact us to order one and we will deliver it to you.
