Late Arrivals and No Show
Please note that late arrivals will not be given an extension to their booked treatment. A late arrival of more than 20 minutes will be considered a no show and will result in the cancellation of the booking. For Arctic Facial Rituals, any late arrival will result in a cancellation. All cancelled bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. We recommend that you arrive at the Spa Reception at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure timely check-in. Thank you for your understanding.
Water Conservation Policy
As part of our efforts to save water, conserve natural resources and adopt sustainable practices, we ask our hotel guests to bring their room towel and bathrobe for their session at the Arctic Spa Centre. If you wish, you can have a fresh set of bathrobe and towel for a €20 eco fee, which will be charged to your room. The towel and bathrobe rental is free for non-guests and Treehouse guests.
