Payment & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in cancellation, with the policy below applied. Guests who choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking will receive a 5% discount on the total price.
You may cancel your booking at any time; however, note that all payments made are non-refundable.
· If you have already paid the full amount or settled the remaining balance before cancelling, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
· If you have only paid the deposit, a 50% cancellation fee applies, which corresponds to the amount of your deposit.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your booking against unforeseen changes or cancellations.
Good to know
A minimum of 2 travellers is required per booking.
Each guest will receive one complimentary Wellness Pass per night of their stay, providing 2-hour access to the Thermal Suite and Lakeside Sauna. Signature treatments — including massages, head therapies and facials — are not included. Each session must be booked in advance at reception.
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the spa centre. Thank you for your understanding.
Sightings of the Northern Lights are not guaranteed as they depend on weather conditions and solar activity that are beyond our control.
