Cancellation Policy

Bookings for events and spa/gourmet offers are non-refundable. All sales are final.

To confirm your booking of a stay package, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in cancellation, with the policy below applied. Guests who choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking will receive a 5% discount on the total price.

You may cancel your booking at any time; however, note that all payments made are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your booking against unforeseen changes or cancellations.

Good to know

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the Arctic Spa Centre. Thank you for your understanding.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a fully paying adult.
